Our Story

Honestly, we started Mindful & Messy in 2025 because we believe that real mental health isn't about being fixed — it's about being honest. Life is both beautiful and broken, and you deserve to show up in it exactly as you are.

The world tells people to either "get it together" or fall apart quietly. Mindful & Messy exists for everyone living loudly in the space between.

We make unisex tees for real people — the ones who show up as themselves, unapologetically. Whether you're having a soft, slow morning or a full, chaotic day, your clothes should hold you through it.
